About the role

  • HR Advisor providing support in employee relations, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and HR systems. Partners with leaders to ensure compliant and responsive HR services.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Advisor provides day to day human resources support across employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, payroll coordination, HR systems maintenance, policy administration, and employee support. This role partners with business leaders and employees to deliver responsive, accurate, and compliant HR services while supporting organizational initiatives and employee engagement. Responsibilities include employee lifecycle administration, HR systems and data management, benefits, disability and payroll support, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and HR advisory, training, projects and employee support.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and employee relations practices. Experience administering HR systems and employee records. Strong customer service orientation and commitment to supporting employees and leaders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred: CHRP designation, experience in CPG environment, full-cycle recruitment, payroll administration, disability management, Workday and Dayforce.
