About the role
- Hiring Java Developer for 12-month contract in Toronto. Skills: Spring Boot, Kafka, MongoDB, Angular. Hybrid 4 days WFO.
Responsibilities
- As a Java Developer, you will work on microservices and REST APIs, implement Kafka producers/consumers, and use MongoDB and SQL Server. You will also work with Angular for frontend, ensure code quality with JUnit and CI/CD, and utilize Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana. Agile methodologies are followed.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Java & Spring Boot, Microservices & REST APIs, Apache/Confluent Kafka (Producer/Consumer), MongoDB & SQL Server, Angular, Swagger/OpenAPI, Docker & GitHub, JUnit & CI/CD, Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana, Agile methodologies. Finance/Capital Markets experience is a plus.
