Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Jr. Insurance Associate-LLQP. This position involves managing essential operational tasks within a small, collaborative onsite team, supporting a broader virtual team environment. The role offers valuable, specialized experience in the insurance industry, with opportunities for career growth and development. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $22.57/hr Responsibilities Manage email correspondence and ensure timely processing of applications. Accurately complete assigned tasks related to client and policy administration. Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with back-office teams to ensure seamless operations. Prepare and review monthly reports for management review. Maintain detailed and precise documentation of customer and client information. Support the team during a training period of 3 to 5 weeks. Adhere to compliance and operational standards while ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings. Support ongoing process improvements and contribute to a positive team environment. Desired Skill-Set Proven calendar management experience. Comprehensive knowledge of life, critical illness, and disability insurance processing and products. Minimum of 3+ years of service experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in administrative or support roles. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proven track record of managing multiple priorities under deadlines. Nice to Have Level 2 Life License or LLQP (or willingness to attain within 6 months). Certifications such as CFP, CLU, CHFC, or similar. Experience with insurance solutions, client relationship management, and wealth management. Prior experience in a similar back-office or support role within the insurance or financial services industry.
