Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, developmental position supporting transaction and document workflows. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, learning the industry from the inside while keeping projects moving forward and records tight. Responsibilities include drafting and preparing standard transaction documents, maintaining transaction trackers, coordinating DocuSign workflows, filing documentation in SharePoint, and supporting due diligence and post-closing activities.
Requirements
2–3 years in an administrative, legal, or transactions support role. Diploma or degree in business, law, paralegal studies, real estate, or similar. Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple active files. High proficiency in Microsoft Word; comfortable with Outlook and Excel. Experience with DocuSign, SharePoint, or Salesforce is a bonus.
