About the role
- Hiring Manual QA Tester with API testing experience. Hybrid contract in Scarborough, ON.
Responsibilities
- We’re looking for an experienced Manual QA Tester with strong hands-on API testing experience to join our team. Key responsibilities include validating REST APIs, performing regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing, creating and executing test cases, and tracking defects using Jira/Confluence within Agile/Scrum teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Manual / Functional Testing; 3 years of API Testing using Postman; Experience validating REST APIs, requests, responses, status codes, and data; Experience with Regression, Integration, System, and End-to-End Testing; Strong experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios; Defect tracking using Jira/Confluence; Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams; Banking/Financial Services experience is an asset.
