About the role
- Lead Phase 2 of CDS NY Implementation Project with Darwin platform enhancements. Requires 10+ years PM experience in Capital Markets and Credit Derivatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Phase 2 of the CDS NY implementation program. Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. Coordinate Darwin enhancement initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Drive stakeholder engagement across Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams. Manage project budgets, resource planning, and governance reporting. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off. Monitor deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, and status meetings with business and technology teams. Prepare management updates, project dashboards, and steering committee materials.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Project Management experience within Capital Markets/Investment Banking. Strong experience leading end-to-end implementation projects. Hands-on experience in Credit Derivatives (CDS) domain. Experience with Darwin platform and related enhancement initiatives. Proven expertise in Project Planning & Tracking, Budget & Financial Management, Risk & Issue Management, Stakeholder Management, Governance & Reporting, UAT Coordination and Support. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work in fast-paced global environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
