- Receptionist/Admin Support needed for 2-month contract in Halifax, NS. Greet visitors, manage calls/mail, and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the company: greet visitors, manage switchboard calls, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers. Provide high-level administrative support, manage boardroom schedules, and maintain visitor logs and security passes. Organize files, conduct light research, and support team operations.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of receptionist/administrative experience. Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
