About the role

  • Hiring a Risk Management Solution Architect for enterprise transformation in banking/financial services. Hybrid in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable and resilient enterprise architectures across Risk & Audit portfolios. Drive modernization from manual processes to automated, AI-enabled solutions. Build secure, data-driven platforms aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements. Collaborate with business and technology leaders to deliver enterprise transformation. Lead architecture strategy that enables innovation, governance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Solution Architecture experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries. Strong hands-on experience with GRC, Risk Management, or Audit platforms. Deep understanding of Operational Risk, Financial Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Audit domains. Expertise in designing enterprise data architectures, APIs, cloud solutions, event-driven integrations, and analytics platforms. Experience with AI/ML architecture, automation, and model governance in regulated environments. Proven ability to architect large-scale, multi-program transformation initiatives.
