About the role
- Seeking an RSA Archer Business Analyst with 3-7+ years of experience for a permanent role in Toronto. Must have Archer SaaS/Evolv knowledge and GRC expertise.
Responsibilities
- As an RSA Archer Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, managing stakeholders, and supporting QA, SIT/UAT, and test case creation. You will work with Archer modules and collaborate with teams using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of RSA Archer Business Analyst experience; Strong knowledge of Archer SaaS & Archer Evolv; Experience gathering business requirements and stakeholder management; Knowledge of GRC, Risk, Compliance, and Audit processes; Hands-on experience with QA, SIT/UAT, and test case creation; Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies; Experience with Archer modules (Operational Risk, IT Risk, TPRM, Audit Management) is preferred; Understanding of APIs, ETL, and data mapping is a plus; Archer, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are an advantage; Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
