About the role
- Hiring a Security Analyst for a 2-year contract in Regina, SK. Manage security incidents, monitor threats, and support enterprise security operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage security incidents and ServiceNow security queues; monitor and investigate security events across Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web Proxies, and other network security technologies; perform network traffic analysis, threat detection, and incident response; administer and improve network security controls including VPN, NAC, ACLs, and network segmentation; conduct firewall rule reviews and security configuration assessments; collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and architecture teams to identify and remediate security risks; support phishing simulations, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and security awareness initiatives; prepare security reports, metrics, incident documentation, and operational artifacts; participate in cybersecurity investigations, threat containment, and continuous security improvements.
