Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize initiatives. Lead workshops to gather requirements from ministry staff and stakeholders. Perform strategic analysis and translate business needs into actionable solutions. Develop environmental scans, business cases, and forecasting tools. Support strategic planning and business improvement initiatives. Create system design artifacts (use cases, process flows, data models). Collaborate with Development and QA teams for accurate delivery.
Requirements
Development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks and indicators. Strong consultation and relationship management skills. Development and execution of test plans for large-scale, complex IT projects. Experience with occupational and/or business registry systems (nice to have). Business Analysis (30%) – Agile delivery, workshops, API-based systems (REST/SOAP). Data, Analytics & Measures (25%) – Excel, Power BI, performance indicators.
