About the role

  • Senior Data Entry Clerk-Banking role providing clerical support, managing databases, verifying transactions, and assisting in operational processes for a top financial client.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support and clerical tasks to facilitate business operations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve routine issues, maintaining audit trails and escalating non-routine problems. Support change management activities, focusing on execution and sustainability. Take immediate action on serious infractions of policies or regulations. Administer and maintain filing systems for business and operational reports, forms, and documentation. Create, update, and manage data entries within databases. Track, verify, and process various transactions. Resolve or escalate invoice discrepancies according to established procedures. Manage Service Level Agreements to ensure standards are met.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of key products, services, processes, and controls within the business unit. Ability to manage, prioritize, and track multiple initiatives efficiently. Good understanding of risk and regulatory compliance requirements. Proficient in office equipment including photocopiers, computers, and printers. Solid understanding of routine procedures and processes of the work team. Experience with transactional documentation, workflow prioritization, and processing deadlines. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Effective collaboration and team skills.
