About the role
- Senior Product Manager / Product Leader needed for contract role in Ontario. Drive product vision, strategy, and delivery of complex digital products.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; lead Agile/Scrum product teams across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live stages; manage product backlogs, priorities, KPIs, and release planning; conduct customer discovery and validate business opportunities; identify and mitigate risks while influencing senior stakeholders; deliver executive reporting, governance updates, and product communications.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience; strong Product Management and Agile delivery experience; expertise in roadmap development, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement; experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change; knowledge of Azure, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, and collaboration tools; exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Provincial Government experience preferred.
