Responsibilities
- As a Proposal Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end proposal delivery—guiding cross-functional teams, coordinating contributors, and ensuring every submission reflects both technical excellence and a deep understanding of client priorities. You will lead the planning and execution of major pursuits, including directing the full lifecycle of proposal submissions, facilitating strategy sessions, managing timelines, overseeing content development, ensuring compliance, and supporting post-submission activities. You will also mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Completed post-secondary education in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline. At least five years of experience in a manager role overseeing a proposal team for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of procurement processes (RFQs, RFPs, delivery models). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail.
