About the role

Responsibilities
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own problems end-to-end, from understanding customer needs to architecture, design, building, shipping, and improving production systems. You will work on AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, LLMs, tool calling, orchestration, RAG, scalable backend services, APIs, distributed systems, modern full-stack development, cloud-native engineering with AWS, and observability, reliability, security, and engineering excellence. You will also engage in AI-assisted development and rapid experimentation, while mentoring others and driving quality.
Requirements
- We are looking for a senior engineer who takes ownership, challenges the status quo, learns continuously, mentors others, and cares deeply about quality. Experience with AI-powered applications, LLMs, scalable backend services, full-stack development, and cloud-native engineering (AWS) is required.
