- Establish a strong CMDB foundation with Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM alignment, and governance, then implement ServiceNow Security Operations capabilities like Vulnerability Response and Incident Response.
Responsibilities
- The ServiceNow Enterprise Architect will lead the establishment of a strong CMDB foundation, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM alignment, and CMDB governance, followed by the implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations capabilities such as Vulnerability Response and Incident Response.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow enterprise architecture experience. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – CMDB certification. CIS – Security Operations (SecOps) or CIS – Vulnerability Response certification. Advanced knowledge of: Common Service Data Model (CSDM), ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB architecture and governance, Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE), Service Mapping, Platform integrations and API architecture. Experience developing enterprise-level governance frameworks and technical standards.
