About the role
- ServiceNow SPM Developer needed for a public sector client in Toronto. Develop and implement SPM solutions to streamline project governance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- As a ServiceNow SPM Developer, you will be part of a Portfolio Governance & Analytics team providing oversight and leading implementation of multiple strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing existing business case intake and project gating governance processes, creating dashboards and reports, collaborating with stakeholders, configuring and developing POCs using SPM modules (Collaborative Work Management, Cost Management, Test Management, Strategic Planning, Investment Funding, Predictive Intelligence, Innovation Management, Resource Management, Digital Portfolio Management, Portfolio Planning, Financial Planning, Performance Analytics, Advanced), and developing project finance management, resource management, procurement management, and benefit realization tracking.
Requirements
- Must Haves: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications. Strong understanding of Project Management lifecycle and integration with SPM modules. Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, or related field. 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow SPM management. Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes. Proficient in creating dashboards and reports. Adherence to ServiceNow development best practices. Strong in ServiceNow workflows, reporting, dashboards, analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities. Additional requirements: 5+ years of work experience with ServiceNow, Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of work experience with ServiceNow Administration, Authorized to work in Canada.
