Translate business needs into functional specs, workflows & design documents. Perform audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity & compliance. Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Deliver training and technical support to end users. Collaborate closely with IT teams and program leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science. 5+ years experience as a Technical Analyst. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools. Proven skills in repository management, documentation, QA & problem-solving. Microsoft 365 certification is an asset.
