- Lead end-to-end application design, development, testing, and deployment for enterprise web applications using React JS, Node JS, and JavaScript. Provide technical direction, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application design, development, testing, and deployment activities. Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for enterprise web applications. Define development standards, coding guidelines, best practices, and quality controls. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security, performance, and maintainability standards. Drive technical discussions and solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency and solution quality. Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React JS, Node JS, and JavaScript. Build reusable components, APIs, microservices, and shared libraries for enterprise applications. Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node JS. Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, authentication platforms, and cloud services. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Lead and mentor development teams comprising developers, UI engineers, and technical specialists. Estimate effort, manage technical dependencies, and support project planning activities. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project delivery. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Track technical progress, identify risks, and proactively address delivery challenges.
