About the role
- UX Project Manager needed to support design teams with financial tracking, resource management, and stakeholder coordination. Experience with Figma and AI design required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between partners and the design team to facilitate effective communication and project flow. Manage and maintain spreadsheets for value propositions, resource planning, and tracking project progress. Support financial management activities, including budgeting and expense tracking. Assist with resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure project deliverables are met. Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Contribute to conflict resolution and issue management to maintain team productivity. Provide administrative support for project documentation and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to support design operations and optimize workflows.
Requirements
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail with strong data management skills. Familiarity with UX design principles and project management practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong Excel skills for data analysis and resource planning. Good stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Nice to have: Experience with user experience design or research, knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in digital projects, familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Figma, basic understanding of design operations and workflows.
