About the role

  • Remote part-time VA implementing courses, Squarespace, ConvertKit, funnels, Meta Ads, and social content. Supporting a therapist’s growing online education business.

Responsibilities

  • Design and set up online courses using the client's selected course platform
  • Organize course modules, lessons, learning materials, and learning paths
  • Upload and format videos, PDFs, worksheets, slide decks, and other educational materials
  • Create visually organized, user-friendly course layouts and assets using Canva
  • Test course navigation, links, downloads, and learner-facing features
  • Set up and update Squarespace website pages
  • Connect the online course platform with Squarespace
  • Add and update links, buttons, landing pages, forms, and website elements
  • Troubleshoot basic website issues and maintain a professional user experience
  • Prepare and send weekly newsletters through ConvertKit (Kit)
  • Format and schedule emails using client-provided content
  • Manage subscribers, forms, basic automations, and funnel-related email sequences
  • Implement and maintain marketing funnels, landing pages, forms, email sequences, and calls to action
  • Support Meta Ads setup and campaign implementation under the client's direction
  • Upload creative assets, organize campaigns, and monitor basic campaign information
  • Implement and schedule daily Reels and social media content for Instagram and Facebook
  • Create or adapt branded social media graphics and promotional materials using Canva
  • Format captions, links, hashtags, thumbnails, and other post elements
  • Repurpose client-provided content into social media-ready formats
  • Test website pages, course content, forms, emails, links, and funnels before publication
  • Identify technical issues and recommend practical solutions
  • Maintain organized digital files and marketing assets
  • Potentially support community and members, virtual events, additional campaigns, social media management, course launches, and administrative marketing tasks as the business grows
  • Communicate project updates and coordinate with the client and/or marketing team

Requirements

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Previous experience supporting online courses, digital education businesses, coaches, therapists, educators, or similar online businesses is a plus
  • Experience with Canva is required
  • Experience with Squarespace is preferred
  • Experience with ConvertKit (Kit) is preferred
  • Experience with online course platforms such as Circle.so, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, or Mighty Networks is a plus; Circle.so experience is not required
  • Experience with Instagram and Facebook
  • Experience creating, formatting, uploading, or scheduling Reels and other social media content
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite
  • Experience supporting marketing funnels and landing pages
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable following established processes independently
  • Able to manage multiple digital platforms and content assets simultaneously
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to communicate project updates clearly
  • Comfortable learning new software and online platforms
  • Interested in growing with an expanding online education business
  • Required software: Canva, Squarespace, ConvertKit (Kit), Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, Google Workspace
  • Preferred software: Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager, Circle.so, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, Mighty Networks, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Descript, and other email marketing and funnel platforms
  • Availability for 10 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Daily working time: TBD EST
  • Strong English proficiency; Level A-B accent preference
  • Must work as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work
