About the role

  • Manufacturing operations consultant evaluating AI-generated production, engineering, procurement, and warehouse work products for 24-MAG LLC. Reviewing realism, technical accuracy, grading, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Review completed AI-generated manufacturing and operations work products rather than producing or recreating the underlying deliverables

  • Determine whether existing grading and quality scores are justified
  • Examine task instructions, supporting files, completed deliverables, and evaluation results
  • Assess whether outputs reflect genuine plant and operational workflows
  • Identify substantive technical, operational, quality, or process issues
  • Evaluate task realism, constraints, figures, and expected deliverables
  • Review production schedules, operating procedures, workflow decisions, and related documentation

  • Review technical assumptions, calculations, specifications, engineering documentation, designs, process recommendations, and manufacturing decisions
  • Evaluate capacity, throughput, time-study, and workflow considerations
  • Assess root-cause investigations, corrective-action reasoning, quality-control documentation, and inspection-related work

  • Review purchasing, supplier-selection, negotiation, purchase-order, lead-time, pricing, and delivery considerations
  • Review receiving, inventory, cycle-count, warehouse, reconciliation, stock-accuracy, and count-variance work products
  • Review existing yes/no grading decisions against completed work
  • Assess requirement compliance, fabricated figures, terminology, technical accuracy, and formatting
  • Independently assess overall work-product quality and assign an appropriate quality band
  • Compare professional judgement with reported evaluation scores and explain disagreements

  • Experience implementing improvements that changed real plant operations
  • Strong understanding of production processes and workflow optimisation
  • Ability to assess operational data and process assumptions
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse or plant inventory operations for Shipping, Receiving & Inventory
  • Responsibility for receiving, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
  • Experience investigating and resolving inventory variances
  • Strong practical understanding of warehouse documentation and controls
  • Strong hands-on manufacturing or operational delivery experience
  • Experience with root-cause investigations, PPAP, first-article inspections, cycle-count reconciliation, or production-method review particularly valuable
  • Near-native business English
  • Ability to provide concise written explanations for professional judgements
  • Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets, PDFs, and related professional documents
  • Able to verify figures, calculations, and internal consistency
  • Substantial operational exposure beyond planning software
