About the role

- Collaborate with engineering teams to characterize, measure, and monitor end-to-end service operations.
- Perform proactive service maintenance, problem diagnosis, and incident management.
- Lead incident resolution efforts and post-mortem analyses.
- Design and implement monitoring and automation tools.
- Adopt a systems-operations mindset focused on maintaining availability and managing disruptions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
- Scripting skills with PowerShell or shell (e.g., Bash)
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code systems such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or Terraform
- Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, C++, or Go
- Familiarity with monitoring systems such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Azure
- Experience with web networking, TLS, reverse proxies, and load balancing
- Extensive troubleshooting and security experience with Linux and Windows systems
- Excellent written communication skills
- A passion for solving complex problems and continuous improvement.
