About the role

  • Senior Director leading strategic partner account management for Acumatica, a cloud ERP provider. Managing Major PAMs, executive partnerships, revenue growth, forecasting, and customer outcomes across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Acumatica’s largest and highest-potential partner segment
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3–6 Major Partner Account Managers
  • Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, low churn, and long-term customer outcomes across strategic partners
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with top partners and their customers
  • Act as executive sponsor on key deals and strategic end customers
  • Lead annual planning with each major partner and hold teams and partners accountable for execution
  • Improve the quality and consistency of quarterly business reviews
  • Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline quality while providing leadership updates on risks and opportunities
  • Represent strategic partner needs internally and influence programs, product, and go-to-market decisions
  • Identify, establish, and scale best practices across the PAM team and broader ecosystem
  • Report to the SVP, Partner Sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of people leadership experience leading teams in partner management, account management, or similar roles
  • Experience working with complex B2B solutions; ERP experience strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise managing and growing strategic partner relationships
  • Strong planning, forecasting, and accountability skills
  • Ability to work effectively at the executive level internally and with partners
  • Direct sales experience is a plus
