Responsibilities
Own positioning and messaging for the QuickBooks Graduates program
Develop content strategy helping growing small businesses graduate from QuickBooks to cloud ERP
Create differentiated narratives explaining Acumatica's value and differentiation from QuickBooks and other SMB accounting and ERP tools
Build industry- and micro-vertical-specific messaging for construction, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services
Create thought leadership assets grounded in customer profiles, industry insights, and market insights
Support end-to-end go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks Graduates campaigns
Partner with customer advocacy to elevate customer stories and videos from businesses that switched from QuickBooks
Collaborate with product, sales, and industry/vertical teams on roadmaps, priorities, and capabilities relevant to QuickBooks migration
Use performance data and analytics to guide strategy, evolve content, and evaluate campaign effectiveness
Create video scripts, perform light video edits, and develop product overview, comparison, and point-and-click demo experiences
Maintain website messaging, comparison guides, datasheets, infographics, brochures, and related program assets
Support release planning and alignment on positioning as offerings evolve
Support trade shows, industry events, partner and customer events, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership sessions
Translate product functionality and benefits into value for small business buyers across program and industry-specific messaging
Requirements
A minimum of three to five years of product marketing experience
Deep knowledge of small business accounting software (QuickBooks or comparable), ERP business management systems, accounting processes, business technology, and B2B marketing strategies
Experience marketing to or supporting construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services is a plus
Educational background in marketing, English, public relations, journalism, business, philosophy, computer science, or a related field
Exceptionally strong writing ability
Ability to explain complex features using clear, direct language and translate technical ERP capability into plain-spoken benefits for small business owners
Analytical mind and creative approach to messaging
Excellent organization, multitasking ability, and strong communication
Experience working with marketing technologies is preferred, including WordPress, Jasper or comparable AI tools, Camtasia, Asana, CRM applications, SharePoint, and Wistia
Direct experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) is a strong plus
