About the role
- Engineering Operations Lead managing engineering and cross-functional projects for Air-Tek. Collaborating with diverse teams to drive operational excellence and innovation in the airline industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive high‑priority engineering and cross‑functional projects from idea to execution
- Keep the VP informed with clear updates, meeting summaries, and action items
- Represent the VP in select meetings to maintain momentum
- Improve team operations, processes, and planning workflows
- Build alignment across Product, Design, Data, and Operations
- Surface risks early and keep teams on track through influence, not hierarchy
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in project/program management, operations, or similar roles
- Experience in a startup or high‑growth tech environment
- Exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize technical information for diverse audiences
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and juggling multiple priorities
- Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence cross‑functionally
- Familiarity with Agile and modern engineering workflows
- Experience creating lightweight dashboards or operational tooling
