• Manage a portfolio of North American clients, account plans, and commercial outcomes related to retention and growth
• Build trusted customer relationships and create account plans connecting business priorities with Akur8 capabilities
• Identify renewal and expansion opportunities in North America
• Manage the customer lifecycle from initial handoff through renewal and expansion, focusing on adoption, business value, and customer experience
• Map customer organizations and develop relationships with buyers, technical stakeholders, and C-level executives
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Actuarial, and Support teams
• Develop deep knowledge of Akur8’s technical product and present it to business and technical audiences
• Share customer feedback and contribute to product, onboarding, customer engagement, and account management process improvements

Account Manager

• Maintain and improve our infrastructure-as-code repositories (Terraform) to ensure the reliability and resilience of Akur8's cloud products.
• Contribute to expanding Akur8's product offerings while maintaining our SLOs.
