About the role

DataStage Developer designing and optimizing data pipelines for efficient integration in existing ecosystems. Collaborating with teams to ensure effective data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and optimize ETL pipelines using IBM DataStage to feed and manage data warehouses;
Ensure data ingestion, transformation and modeling to meet analysis and reporting requirements;
Manage the integration and transformation of large volumes of data while ensuring performance and scalability;
Optimize the execution of DataStage jobs to ensure fast and efficient data processing;
Develop advanced error handling, logging and restart/recovery mechanisms;
Work with large-scale databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.) and optimize SQL queries;
Collaborate with BI, architecture and data governance teams to ensure effective integration within the existing ecosystem.

10 years of ETL development experience with IBM DataStage;
Proven experience on projects handling massive volumes of data;
Expertise in ETL optimization, parallelism and performance tuning;
Strong advanced SQL skills and experience handling large-scale data.
Additional assets:
Experience on projects in the banking sector;
Demonstrated experience in large-scale digital transformation and data integration projects.

English: Intermediate
