About the role

Responsibilities
- Gather and understand the needs of end users, clients and stakeholders;
- Identify functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, usability);
- Define the functional vision of a solution in collaboration with the teams;
- Break down requirements into clear, manageable sub-problems;
- Identify relationships between technical components;
- Support development teams in designing optimal solutions;
- Integrate security into development practices from the early stages of the lifecycle;
- Implement and maintain automation, testing, security and observability mechanisms;
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of environments, tools and pipelines;
- Ensure robustness, reliability and performance of production systems;
- Analyze, design and participate in the development of features;
- Implement solutions to ensure stability and performance;
- Perform tests and trials;
- Write and maintain technical documentation;
- Participate in code reviews;
- Produce test documentation;
- Write well-commented code that adheres to internal standards.
Requirements
- Knowledge of software development or DevSecOps practices;
- Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into concrete solutions;
- Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines (development, infrastructure, security, product);
- Meticulousness, strong analytical skills and attention to quality;
- French: Advanced
- English: Intermediate
