About the role
- Full-Stack Developer designing and enhancing complex application solutions for Alithya’s digital consulting network. Translating client needs into IT solutions and supporting testing, deployment, and junior developer growth.
Responsibilities
- Monitor work progress
- Design and develop complex application solutions
- Participate in meetings with analysts and clients, translating business needs into IT solutions
- Estimate and communicate work to the delivery manager
- Write functional and organic analyses
- Define test plans
- Participate in writing production deployment instructions
- Assist the quality assurance team during testing and keep documentation up to date
- Proactively monitor applications and propose improvements
- Document the knowledge base of development tools and environments
- Participate in training and developing less experienced programmer analysts
Requirements
- Diploma of college studies (DCS) or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 4 years of relevant experience
- French: Advanced
- English: Proficient
- Proficient English required to communicate frequently with employees and managers outside of Quebec
