Requirements

- Knowledge of project management;
- Familiarity with performance measurement indicators (KPIs);
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices;
- Strong communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal;
- English: Intermediate (frequent communication with employees and managers outside Quebec).
