Conseiller en profils de sécurité améliorant les pratiques IAM d’un client au Québec. Intégration de profils par rôle, gouvernance des accès, conformité des annuaires et contrôles de sécurité.

Responsibilities

Perform remediation and enhancement work for Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices
Implement and maintain role-based security profiles across business units
Contribute to standardizing processes and procedures related to identity and access management
Carry out tasks required to ensure compliance and updates for directory services
Collaborate on technology initiatives that require the implementation or evolution of IAM controls
Submit the results of interventions performed and obtain required approvals
Work closely with internal teams and various stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, pure sciences, or Engineering
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a cybersecurity advisor
At least 2 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Experience analyzing, managing, and optimizing security profiles
Knowledge of access governance principles and information security
Ability to work in complex environments and collaborate with multiple teams
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience within government or quasi-public organizations and in access governance and compliance contexts
Knowledge of directory services and identity management environments
Participation in cybersecurity transformation or optimization projects
