About the role
- Solutions Analyst delivering Genesys Cloud CX contact-center solutions for Alithya. Analyzing requirements, designing solutions, documenting tests, and supporting production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Exchange with business and technology stakeholders to understand the context and nature of their needs
- Participate in identifying realistic and feasible solutions that address expressed needs
- Analyze needs and produce the documentation necessary for their understanding
- Participate in solution design, including change impact analysis
- Prepare documentation needed to validate requirements and acceptance tests
- Document needs and success criteria to confirm coverage and establish acceptance tests
- Support the delivery team in implementing solutions and conducting quality testing
- Develop technical and user documentation
- Support the delivery team during production deployments
- Conduct post-implementation follow-up to measure stakeholder satisfaction and control the impacts of changes
Requirements
- College or university degree, or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Genesys Cloud CX contact center products
- Advanced analytical, writing, and synthesis skills
- Fluent in French
- Proficient in English, required for frequent communication with clients outside Quebec
