About the role

Senior AI Architect at AltaML designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments. Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive client success and lifecycle value realization.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact agentic use cases
Translate complex business problems into production-ready AI system designs
Architect secure, auditable agentic workflows (reasoning, tool use, data access, evaluation)
Drive solutions from prototype to AltaForge production deployment (our internal agentic platform)
Ensure all solutions align with AltaForge architecture for reusability and scale
Define and enforce evaluation standards to measure outcomes and value creation
Support account growth by ensuring successful delivery and lifecycle value realization

8+ years in AI/ML, architecture, or technical strategy roles
Deep experience with agentic AI, RAG systems, orchestration, and tool integration
Experience supporting the deployment of AI systems into enterprise or regulated environments
Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment
Executive presence and ability to operate across technical and commercial domains
Bias toward production, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
