About the role
- Senior AI Architect at AltaML designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments. Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive client success and lifecycle value realization.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact agentic use cases
- Translate complex business problems into production-ready AI system designs
- Architect secure, auditable agentic workflows (reasoning, tool use, data access, evaluation)
- Drive solutions from prototype to AltaForge production deployment (our internal agentic platform)
- Ensure all solutions align with AltaForge architecture for reusability and scale
- Define and enforce evaluation standards to measure outcomes and value creation
- Support account growth by ensuring successful delivery and lifecycle value realization
Requirements
- 8+ years in AI/ML, architecture, or technical strategy roles
- Deep experience with agentic AI, RAG systems, orchestration, and tool integration
- Experience supporting the deployment of AI systems into enterprise or regulated environments
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment
- Executive presence and ability to operate across technical and commercial domains
- Bias toward production, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
