Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects aligned with business objectives
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
**Strategic Planning**
Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with business goals
Identify opportunities for technology improvements and cost savings
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
**Vendor Management**
Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors and service providers
Ensure service level agreements are met and maintain positive vendor relationships
**Security and Compliance**
Implement and maintain robust IT security measures
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards
Requirements
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT management roles
Strong knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry
Proven experience in project management, preferably with TMS implementations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical certifications are a plus
