Requirements
- Must have: 5+ years hands-on with Kafka, strong coding in Java/Python/Scala, experience with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), knowledge of event-driven architecture, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD experience. Good to have: Confluent Cloud, Kafka Connect/Streams, Schema Registry, ksqlDB, Apache Flink, monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana, Confluent certifications.
