About the role
- VP leading platform-agnostic ERP, CRM, and AI delivery teams at Appficiency, a technology and professional services firm. Driving client strategy, sales alignment, and AI-enabled delivery efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Establish yourself and your team as unbiased, platform-agnostic technology leaders
- Champion delivery excellence across AI and multitech engagements, ensuring projects are within scope, on time, on budget, and high quality
- Build, train, and coach a team fluent across multiple technology platforms
- Develop a bench of multitech-capable practitioners across ERP, CRM, and AI engagements
- Shape team structure and capacity according to regional sales strategy
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across strategic accounts
- Own long-term account strategy for key customers
- Align phased delivery plans with Sales' targets and clients' evolving needs
- Partner with Sales as a co-owner of account growth
- Advance AI-driven delivery efficiency to meet or exceed the firm's benchmark
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on fluency across ERP and CRM platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce
- Direct, applied experience with AI and automation technologies, including generative AI tooling, workflow automation platforms, or AI-driven analytics
- Comfort operating across ERP, CRM, AI/ML tooling, and productivity platforms
- 10+ years in Professional Services leadership
- 7–8 years hands-on in systems implementation, integration, or automation-driven process re-engineering
- Track record managing distributed, cross-platform delivery teams across multiple regions on concurrent projects
- Strong command of business analytics, BI, and financial performance management, including reading and acting on P&L statements
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, not required
- Relevant technical certifications are a strong plus, not required
- Track record of building multitech delivery teams from the ground up
- Demonstrated success leading AI-driven efficiency initiatives with measurable results
- Strong executive presence and credible technical authority
- Experience aligning delivery capability with regional sales strategy
- Breadth across multiple platforms rather than depth in one platform
