About the role

  • HubSpot CRM and CMS Specialist managing CRM automation and CMS website launches. Supporting APPLY’s agentic customer-experience solutions for major consumer and entertainment brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on execution of client HubSpot initiatives
  • Configure and optimize the HubSpot CRM
  • Manage data and integrations
  • Build lists and automated workflows
  • Support campaign deployment
  • Develop reporting dashboards
  • Launch the client website on HubSpot CMS
  • Build and configure pages and templates
  • Migrate and validate content
  • Implement forms and tracking
  • Support SEO requirements
  • Conduct quality assurance
  • Resolve launch-related issues
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical, marketing, and creative partners
  • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Drive work from planning through launch and ongoing optimization
