About the role
- Senior Product Consultant shaping digital products for APPLY, an AI-powered customer experience partner to consumer and entertainment brands. Owning product vision, requirements, roadmaps, ROI, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and champion product strategies and vision throughout client engagements
- Brief and inspire internal team members to deliver the product vision
- Retrieve and analyze customer, stakeholder, team, and research feedback to shape requirements, features, and end products
- Create product plans and roadmaps with executive stakeholder buy-in
- Prepare, review, present, and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs)
- Document and resolve client, business, UX, design, technical, and non-functional requirement conflicts
- Organize product releases and priorities according to business value
- Define measurement plans and recommendations to track product use and end-user impact using analytics tools
- Ensure requirements are delivered to specifications, manage defects through resolution, and assess launch readiness
- Recommend product-base and vision expansion based on data and research insights
- Drive ROI through business and customer value using consultative recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and third-party vendors
Requirements
- Ability to identify projects, initiatives, and epics needed to achieve business results
- Effective communication, facilitation, and expectation management skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and convert business, UX, and design requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with stakeholder relationship management
- Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping
- Understanding of Sports & Entertainment design, HTML, and Next.js processes
- Strong knowledge of accessibility requirements, specifically WCAG 2.2
- High proficiency with accessibility assessment tools and software
- Experience in a consultation role through an agency, consultancy, or professional services firm
- Strong stakeholder management proficiency
- Contentful headless CMS experience is a bonus
- Portfolio of digital products shipped, managed, and operated
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management or a similar position
- Creative leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, professionalism, and confidence
