About the role
- Transportation Engineering Co-op Student at Arcadis working on traffic staging design packages. Collaborating with engineering staff to enhance mobility solutions while gaining multi-discipline exposure.
Responsibilities
- Assisting engineering staff with transportation design using drafting software.
- Preparation of submission packages.
- Technical research involving various roadway design manuals.
- Aid in coordination between other engineering disciplines.
Requirements
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering program with a focus in transportation engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings is an asset.
- Experience with the following software packages is an asset: Office 365 Applications (Excel, Word), Revu Bluebeam.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Microstation is an asset.
- A vehicle with a valid drivers license is an asset as it is a hybrid work-from-home position.
