About the role
- Transportation Engineering Technologist supporting transportation-related design and planning projects at Arcadis. Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver comprehensive solutions in transportation engineering.
Responsibilities
- Provide design and AutoCAD civil 3D support for transportation engineering projects
- Conducting CAD drafting and design
- Preparation of submission packages.
- Technical research involving various roadway design manuals.
- Aid in coordination between other engineering disciplines.
Requirements
- Candidates must be currently enrolled or a recent graduate from a Civil Engineering program with a focus in transportation engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings is an asset.
- Experience with the following software packages is an asset: Office 365 Applications (Excel, Word), Revu Bluebeam.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Microstation is an asset.
- A vehicle with a valid driver's license is an asset as it is a hybrid work-from-home position.
