About the role

Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant supporting clients’ Oracle HR systems for ArcLight Consulting. Troubleshooting, configuring, testing, and enhancing production and non-production environments.

Responsibilities

Provide remote functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules within assigned areas
Respond to and resolve customer support tickets
Troubleshoot application issues, document findings, and escalate complex problems to Senior Consultants
Answer business-user questions, provide guidance, and deliver basic end-user training
Perform routine configuration updates under established guidelines
Assist with testing patches, quarterly updates, and new functionality
Document configuration changes, test results, and support procedures
Monitor assigned applications, analyze recurring issues, and document trends
Improve application monitoring, automation, and internal support processes
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and small-scale requests for new functionality
Assist with data validation, reporting updates, and interface troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams and Oracle Support to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ticket progress
Communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Work effectively in a remote environment with clients and peers

3+ years of experience in a consulting, HRIS, or application support role
Foundational experience in at least one major workstream: Workforce Management (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence) or Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation, Incentive Compensation)
Understanding of HR processes and HR systems
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload and priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates
