About the role

  • Temporary Account Operations Representative supporting Arc’teryx’s commercial sales and service operations. Managing B2B orders, Salesforce/SAP data, reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Operations Supervisor in executing strategic commercial service objectives and supporting operational initiatives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound sales leads, managing inquiries and connecting prospects with appropriate channel partners
  • Oversee day-to-day order management, including order fulfillment and resolution of order, shipping, logistics, and return-related issues
  • Support the B2B Embellished Retail and Uniform Program by maintaining tracking tools, coordinating embellishment requirements, and managing Salesforce and SAP activities
  • Maintain commercial reports, sales tools, and content across internal and customer-facing platforms
  • Use inventory and order reporting to monitor demand, track product movement, and identify inventory optimization opportunities
  • Maintain customer and product data across systems
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and workflow standards
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities for actionable business insights
  • Collaborate on inventory management, demand planning, and customer service process optimization
  • Support system enhancements and technology implementations
  • Develop training resources, operational standards, and best practices
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, support growth, and optimize commercial operations
  • Travel as required to tradeshows, customer visits, and owned events

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, retail, or customer-facing experience
  • 1+ years of experience supporting B2B sales or business customers
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales teams, customers, and cross-functional partners
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Passion for getting outside and living it
