About the role
- Business Process Analyst improving Arc’teryx’s global supply chain operations. Analyzing processes, tracking KPIs, and supporting standardized workflows across teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct baseline analysis and gather process data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support workflow documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date process libraries
- Track process KPIs and report performance to monitor progress and outcomes
- Provide analytical and administrative support across process initiatives
- Support rollout of standardized processes by documenting workflows and mapping current and future states
- Partner with Technology and Data & Analytics to validate data and system requirements
- Take on greater ownership of process analysis and documentation as skills and business knowledge grow
- Contribute to cross-functional process improvement projects connecting supply chain operations to organizational change
- Work with business functions, Technology, and Data & Analytics to align processes with business strategy and ensure consistent execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in business process, process improvement, or a relevant supply chain or operations role
- Working understanding of process improvement methods
- Conceptual grasp of how processes and systems connect
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data and translating findings into clear, useful outputs
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive about maintaining work quality and accuracy
- Clear communication and reliable follow-through
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
