About the role

  • Senior Analyst improving and standardizing business processes for Arc’teryx’s global supply chain. Supporting process mapping, data analysis, governance, and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support process mapping and documentation
  • Analyze data to identify process gaps and inefficiencies
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare materials for workshops, governance reviews, and change initiatives
  • Partner with functional teams to test, validate, and refine new processes before implementation
  • Drive rollout of standardized processes by documenting workflows and mapping current and future states
  • Partner with Technology and Data & Analytics to define data and system requirements
  • Contribute to supply chain transformation projects connecting process excellence to system and organizational change
  • Maintain accurate, accessible, and current process assets with version control
  • Help define, standardize, and continuously improve enterprise processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business process, process improvement, or a relevant supply chain or operations role
  • Structured problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Documentation discipline to maintain process assets at a high standard
  • Working understanding of process improvement methods
  • Conceptual grasp of how processes and systems connect
  • Analytical thinking and root-cause identification
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach
  • Effective facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to support change initiatives and communicate clearly during transitions
  • Experience mentoring and developing others
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
