  • Support day-to-day logistics operations and performance across inbound and outbound supply chain flows
  • Drive operational excellence, process consistency, and continuous improvement across transportation, vendor management, and reporting
  • Translate business needs into logistics solutions
  • Influence decisions through data
  • Ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-effective delivery across all channels

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in logistics, or another relevant supply chain field
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of SAP
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to create dashboards, pivot tables and translate data into identifying process gaps
  • Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, PBI, and AFO
  • Flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • Balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
