About the role

  • People Business Partner aligning workforce planning, employee lifecycle, and leadership development with Argano’s digital consultancy operations. Supporting technology and professional services business units in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Unit leaders and managers to align people priorities with business goals and growth, delivery, and profitability targets
  • Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support on workforce decisions, team effectiveness, and performance management
  • Plan and manage workforce needs aligned to delivery demand, including utilization, bench management, and skill alignment
  • Support build, buy, borrow, and automate talent strategies
  • Drive visibility into talent supply-demand dynamics and enable effective talent deployment
  • Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, retention, and engagement across the employee lifecycle
  • Coach managers on performance management, goal setting, accountability, and feedback
  • Support talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential talent identification, and leadership capability development
  • Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, compliance, and organizational risk
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, acquisition integration, change management, and team effectiveness
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence on talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and development, HR operations, analytics, and enterprise program execution
  • Leverage people data and dashboards to analyze attrition, retention, productivity, utilization, talent movement, and promotion velocity
  • Translate people analytics into actionable recommendations for leaders

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles
  • Experience supporting technology, consulting, or professional services organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed, high-growth environment
  • Experience working with or within a COE-driven HR operating model
  • Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Proven ability to work directly with managers on day-to-day people execution
  • Experience in global consulting or digital services organizations preferred
  • Familiarity with project-based delivery models, utilization, and bench management preferred
  • Experience supporting acquisition integration or high-growth environments preferred
  • Exposure to global workforce dynamics and distributed teams preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
