About the role

  • Senior OCM consultant leading change strategies, executive coaching, communications, and training. Helping Argano’s digital consultancy drive adoption across enterprise transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the change management workstream on complex client engagements
  • Partner with Engagement and Project Managers to create detailed OCM workplans and deliverable inventories
  • Apply Argano’s LIFT delivery methodology and tailor change strategies to client situations
  • Build relationships with client business leaders, project sponsors, and functional stakeholders
  • Lead change management strategies and plans to maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and accelerate proficiency
  • Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into intervention plans
  • Develop stakeholder analysis and engagement plans
  • Assess organizational readiness and adjust plans based on risks
  • Coach senior leaders and executives to serve as active, visible change sponsors
  • Prepare leadership messaging, talking points, and facilitation support
  • Design and execute communications strategies, plans, calendars, and content across multiple channels
  • Measure communication effectiveness and adjust approaches based on feedback and engagement signals
  • Contribute to training strategy, design, development, and delivery
  • Develop or support job aids, quick reference guides, and sustainment tools
  • Refine Argano’s OCM methodologies, tools, templates, and accelerators
  • Lead OCM capabilities within the community of practice and enable colleagues
  • Mentor junior OCM practitioners and analysts
  • Build client relationships that generate expansion opportunities and long-term partnerships
  • Contribute OCM expertise to proposals and business development pursuits
  • Participate in thought leadership and knowledge-sharing activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; psychology, organizational behavior, communications, business, or HR disciplines are strong fits
  • Prosci ADKAR certification or equivalent change management certification is strongly preferred
  • Additional relevant credentials — CCMP, Kotter, LaMarsh, or similar — are valued
  • 5+ years of hands-on organizational change management experience on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs
  • Demonstrated end-to-end OCM delivery capability — from change strategy through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and sustainment
  • Proven experience working directly with senior executives as an OCM coach and advisor
  • Solid understanding of change psychology, resistance patterns, adoption curves, and methods that move people from awareness to commitment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels
  • Experience on large-scale organizational change efforts, including enterprise technology implementations, process transformation, restructuring, or post-merger integration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence without formal authority, navigate ambiguity, and align diverse stakeholders toward a common goal
  • Preferred: enterprise technology implementation experience; instructional design and adult learning theory; stakeholder analysis and engagement tools; change readiness assessments; resistance management frameworks; multiple-industry experience; experience leading a small OCM team or workstream of 4+ people
  • Up to 50% travel to client sites
