About the role

  • Client Success Manager growing strategic accounts for Array’s fintech platform. Driving retention, expansion, and revenue through tailored client solutions and cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts by understanding business objectives and challenges, developing tailored strategies, and executing against client goals
  • Own client relationships across deployment, launch, ongoing optimization, expansion, and renewal
  • Proactively resolve or anticipate client issues
  • Identify, pursue, and lead complex growth opportunities, including expansion into additional Array products
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, positioning Array as a trusted partner
  • Use AI tools to think, build, and ship faster

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Client Success roles
  • Experience owning a book of strategic accounts and responsibility for client health, retention, and revenue growth of approximately $5+ million in ARR
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact, strategic relationships, preferably within the financial sector
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a track record of growing and retaining accounts through excellent client service
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of account success
  • Knowledge of the financial industry and understanding of growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, Fintechs, and Credit Services Organizations is a plus
  • Belief that AI is reshaping work and instinctive use of AI to accelerate work
