About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting the VP of Underwriting and underwriting leadership team. Responsible for operational efficiency through reporting, analytics, and team coordination in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key operational and administrative partner to the VP of Underwriting and underwriting leadership team.
  • Responsible for reporting, analytics, recruitment coordination, audit administration, authority tracking, project management, and executive support activities.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual underwriting reports and share with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze underwriting productivity, workflow, and portfolio trends.
  • Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for meetings.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communications.
  • Track hiring metrics and recruitment timelines.
  • Maintain job descriptions and assist with coordination of Annual Performance Reviews.
  • Maintain underwriting authority tracking and coordinate authority reviews.
  • Support underwriting file audits and remediation tracking. Monitor data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Track strategic initiatives, project plans, and departmental action items.
  • Support implementation of new products, processes, and operational improvements.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and action item follow-up.
